Saw the brand new, recently dedicated Tugboat Elizabeth Cady Stanton today on the western end of the NY Erie/Barge Canal. It was headed west towards Brockport, pushing a good sized Barge with a dredge or crane folded up on the front and living quarters in the rear. Couldn't help but notice she had Albion NY as home port. if you live near Albion it's worth a look to see what a new canal tug looks like...they are small but powerful.
