Clearing old debris from the ECNA Forum
« on: January 14, 2020, 10:07:38 am »
Just an FYI, similar to the unsafe trees along canal embankments that need to be removed, we also have some "dead wood" laying around our Forum Boards.

The ECNA Forum will be undergoing some much needed housekeeping over the Month of January 2020. We are trimming out older posts, and will be removing any redundant topics as well. Some forum discussion boards may be integrated into others, or abandoned as well...all part of becoming a better Erie Canal Neighborhood in the end.

Sorry in advance if you see some posts disappear, or others that get moved from their original locations to other Forum Boards are harder to find

We are down to 1 page of posts on most Forum Boards, those that have two pages also have a "Top 5 Posts" that now appear on the first page to make reading easier.

We added a new Forum Board for the Reimagine the Canals effort. It need a forum moderator if any member is interested.

In most cases the selection of "old wood" to remove from the Forum was based on age, relevance to the issues or number of views

What you see is where the next ECNA Forum Moderators can start from to keep the conversation going.
