ALSO
Read another report from Dr David Rosgen, hydrologist.

Question: Why is it not a good idea to PLANT TREES on an earthen embankment dam?

Answer: Because it is undesired and illegal in just about EVERY STATE in these United States
.

MASSACHUSETTES

NEW YORK

NEW JERSEY

The only place where you can find people that believe it's acceptable to plant trees (or keep invasive vegetation) on earthen embankment dams is in the "state of confusion" that exists on Facebook these days...

In the "metaverse".

And that should be cause for alarm in ALL communities along the Erie Canal
