In light of the ongoing Erie Canal Embankment Remediation Project here's contact info directly from NYCC

To report al Canal Maintenance Issue please call Canal Maintenance (585) 589-5689

To report a Canal Emergency to the Statewide Operations Center please call (866) 691-8282.
