Well it's our first active poll, and we decided to change some of the ECNA Forum Permissions to allow Guests to vote. Not sure how it will work on their end but it's offered. Looks like we can run this open voting for awhile and will post results when voting slows.

This is our first public poll question as we start to prepare for the upcoming change in Erie Canal Embankment Dam Remediation work. Very soon the NY Canal Corporation's Earthen Embankment Integrity Program will start moving forward on more dam clearing and the need to keep some of our earlier Forum Boards will be gone, as the next group of counties starts to get involved.

We can leave these discussion boards up for historical or entertainment value or remove them... polls like this will decide what path we take in the ECNA Neighborhood. Your vote matters so make sure you weigh in... if you need new boards...ASK

We will be reviewing results as they come in and do understand that quite a few "guests" we have, are also members of the Stop the Canal Clearcut following... which may serve to bias the poll results. No matter, there's a renewed confidence that people are starting to see the work done, and now agree, Dam Safety Matters.

If you want to see a NEW board added to the Poll or even to the ECNA, please feel free to comment and we can take a look.

We've recently added a Town of Perinton discussion board at the request of a new member.
