A British WiltshireCake - local favorite

My great uncle invented this cake in the 1930's. Its baked all over the south of England, but mostly skimped on the ingredients. It uses bread dough (pizza dough will do) and is turned out of the cake tin upside down showing this lovely sticky toffee over the crust.
Generally warmed in the oven, but often eaten cold.
