The best part of this post, and one point easily missed...

Ms. Agte admitted there was a BREACH on the Canal, along an embankment supporting an aqueduct in Palmyra/Macedon area.

Even with her members spelling "breach" correctly, Ms. Agte is still dead set on using the wrong form of the word "breech" to describe what took place. So it's hard to understand if's she's talking about a particular part of a cannon, someone's buttocks or a young lad's pants.

Hopefully someone in this group will suggest it's time for "new leadership" soon. And they select someone who can learn from others, instead of thinking "they know all the answers" themselves. Ms. Agte can't seem to figure out how to spell breach, let alone understand why her group is making it a real possibility along these aging canal embankments.
