This is what the non-residential sections of the new safer Erie Canal Embankments will be getting, if the toe of the dam is near existing lawns with grass growing, the solution is a "grass only" covering that looks like this:



All of the green grass you see was planted by the Canal Corp on the repaired Embankment & Toe Drain here

Apparently the Stop the Canal ClearCut group hasn't seen the new Canal Corporation Wildflower video.

Never mind the fact that the STCC continues to discuss solutions for highways, stream & river banks trying to make them fit for the Erie Canal but never for discussing solutions that work on Unsafe Embankment Dams

Here's more proof of the simple fact that the STCC still does NOT understand the problem
